How do I sign up?

When you are ready you can register an account with Song Work Out. Please note, you’ll need an active email address to register your account and you’ll need a PayPal account to manage your billing.

How can I get in touch?

The best option is to use our contact form.

I’ve registered an account but I’ve not received my account validation email.

If you have registered an account with a valid and active email address, we recommend you check your Spam/Junk mail folder. If you find the validation email there, then ensure your email client settings are modified to accept mail from songworkout.com.

I’ve registered an account but I’ve forgotten my password.

If you can’t remember your password then you can reset your password. By entering the email address you have registered with us we can email you a link to create a new password via email. Please don’t contact us directly as all passwords are encrypted for your security – we can’t see them. You’ll need to use the reset option.

Do I have to sign up for a fixed period of time?

There are three payment plans – monthly, three monthly and yearly. Recurring payments are set up in your PayPal account. You can switch your payment plan at any time or cancel your next recurring payment at any time.

What can I access after subscription?

Once you have registered you have full access to all of the SongWorkOut resources – all videos, songs, free lessons and downloads.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely! If you cancel within the first thirty days of your contract, we’ll refund 100% of the fee you have paid. Contact us to proceed with this option.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made through PayPal. These will be calculated in $US.

Can I switch my plan?

You can switch your payment plan at any time via your account page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Full Access subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your account page.

How does the recurring billing work?

You can choose three different levels of subscription that suit your requirements: monthly $9.95, quarterly at $24.95, and yearly at $79.95 and you can cancel the next recurring bill anytime. Recurring account billing happens on the same day of the month you signed up. If you sign up on the 28th-31st then your billing will happen on the day of the month you signed up, or the last day of the month during shorter months.
